We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Manager to lead our well-established Early Learning Centre located in Echuca, Victoria. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader who is passionate about high-quality education, team development, and creating a nurturing environment for children, families, and educators.

✨ Your Role:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the centre meets all regulatory and compliance requirements, including DE, VEYLDF, and National Law/Regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs and uphold a positive team culture.
  • Develop and implement inclusive, culturally respectful educational programs aligned with the centre’s philosophy and community needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement through effective leadership, reflective practice, and active contribution to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community to support children’s learning and development.

✅ You’ll need:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Centre Director/Manager role
  • Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • A passion for early childhood education and team development
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC (or willing to obtain)
